Each and every person I have the pleasure to work with is genuinely unique. And because of that they each deserve a custom look to match their personal or professional brand. This is why I have a number of different backdrop colors, light modifiers, and tactics for creative direction. Whether we work from your home, my studio, or around the office, I make sure to tailor the experience around you to get the most out of our experience together.

I take pride in my ability to bring out the best in each client. Everything from the placement of your hair down to the posture in your feet. I make sure everything is positioned in the proper spot. Making sure you have a strong, positive posture while also providing a warm and welcoming persona. Those are the little details that turn a good headshot into a great one.

As someone who isn’t keen on being in front of the camera, I understand the apprehension when it comes to having your photograph taken. So I make sure to not to prolong the process during our shoot. Moving at a controlled, yet brisk pace, I will walk you through a variety of scenarios as opposed to poses. That way we can capture the most genuine version of yourself in a timely fashion.
Your New Headshot in 3 Easy Steps
1. Setup a Consultation
To kick things off we’ll figure out how you plan to use your photo. Once that’s established, we’ll plan all creative aspects that will go into the shoot. Location, lighting, mood, wardrobe, hair, and makeup. Last, is figuring out your schedule to find the best date and time for the shoot.
2. The Photo Shoot
The shoot itself is a very fun and easy process. Taking a lighthearted approach, I will direct you through a variety of poses until we get the shot and get your initial approval on the camera previews.
3. Get your Photo
Following the shoot, you’ll receive a proof gallery to review and select the images you want. Once you’ve made those selects, I’ll go through my editing process adding my style to each photo and touching up any distracting blemishes. Finally, I will deliver your professionally edited photo(s) via a private online gallery in high resolution with rights to unlimited downloads. No need to ever worry about backing it up!

Meet the Photographer
Hey – I am Anthony Baca, a portrait and lifestyle photographer driven by human connection and authenticity. A late bloomer to the world of photography, I found the passion in 2013 after graduating from San Diego State when my wife was gifted a camera for Christmas that quickly went unused.
Being the perpetual tinkerer, coupled with the fact I had zero ability in the world of graphic design, I decided to pick up that camera and document our travels. Serendipitously, my wife decided to pivot from her career in physical therapy to wardrobe styling around the same time. Naturally we teamed up together to take on a variety of local fashion and lifestyle clients in San Diego.
Fast forward a decade plus later and we find ourselves in beautiful San Francisco. While my wife has moved on from wardrobe styling, I am still passionately refining my skills to better serve clients like One Medical, Silicon Valley Bank, Salesforce, Hard Rock Hotel, Samsung Mobile, Business Insider, Compass, and SKYY Vodka to name a few.
I would like to consider my style as clean, modern, and relaxed. Whether it’s a company or personal brand, my goal is to visually tell that story in the most sincere way possible. Not overly posed. Real, authentic moments are what I strive to create.
